Floors 4 to 14 feature single, twin-bedded and king-size guest rooms, while on the top five floors of the hotel, the Regency Club® rooms provide the ultimate in personalised service and attention. Guests of Regency Club® have privileged access to the private Regency Club® Lounge with an array of additional amenities.

The extremely spacious and lavish suites include the Regency Suites, Executive Suites, two Emiri Suites and one Royal Suite.

Two rooms are available for the use of disabled guests. Non-smoking rooms are also available upon request.

All the Standard guest rooms are located on floors 4 to 14, overlooking the Gulf, and consist of single, twin-bedded and king-size rooms. Each room features air conditioning, a colour television with satellite channels, direct dial telephone with voicemail, broadband modem points, a complimentary welcome fruit basket and a minibar. Guests also have free access to the Club Olympus fitness centre, swimming pool, spa, tennis and squash courts.

Both the twin guest rooms and king guest rooms are 34 square metres (365 square feet) in size and offer either twin beds or a king-size bed, comfortable seating and a desk with chairs. 

After a busy day, unwind at Club Olympus fitness centre and spa; a temperature-controlled swimming pool, squash courts, floodlit tennis courts, jogging track, gymnasium, sauna and whirlpool are some of the superb facilities on offer.

Hyatt Regency Dubai, home of the Crystal Ballroom, boasts a Banquet and Catering department recognised as one of the hospitality leaders in the UAE.

The hotel's glittering Crystal Ballroom can accommodate any occasion - meeting, wedding, fashion show, car or product launch. Wedding parties have often required the hotel ballroom to undergo a complete transformation. A rainforest, garden with gazebo, jungle and maharaja's palace have all been within the ballroom's walls. Weddings are one of the most popular events to be held in Hyatt Regency Dubai's ballroom, with more than 3400 taking place under the chandeliers within a 23-year period.
